What is your refund policy?
We wish all our customers to have a worry-free shopping experience at www.wedesh.com. We go to any lengths to ensure that the products ordered by you reach in time. If that isn’t the case, we are happy to offer refunds whenever (a) incorrect sizing or (b) damaged product is received.
To claim a refund, please share a picture of the damaged/wrong product and a brief description of the reason with our team at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
Our team will confirm the receipt of your request and will share the process for returns within 24 hours of the request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. Your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 8-15 days depending on the mode of original payment.
If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
My refund was processed by www.wedesh.com but I can’t see the credit on my credit card/bank account?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank account or credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

What is your shipping policy?
Shipments within India
We offer free shipping pan India for orders above Rs 699 (excluding taxes). For orders below Rs 699, delivery charges will be applicable. We process orders within 1-3 business days and the products will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days.
Our business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances which disrupt the services of our logistics providers.

We only tie up with the best payment providers in the industry. Currently, we have the following options live on the website:

*On COD, once you place the order, our team will do a confirmation call before your order is processed. In case we cannot reach you over the phone, we will send you an email to confirm your order. If we cannot get a confirmation in 48 hours, we regret that we will have to cancel your order
