1. Returns and Exchanges

The sneakers are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
The sneakers are unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
We will not be able to accept returns or exchanges if:
The sneakers have been used, worn outdoors, or soiled.
The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
The product was purchased during a sale, clearance, or promotional offer (unless damaged or incorrect).
3. Return Process

Our team will review your request and share return instructions or arrange a pickup (where available).
Once the sneakers reach our warehouse and pass quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are initiated within 5โ7 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking).
5. Exchange Policy
You may exchange your sneakers for a different size or style, subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or style is unavailable, a full refund will be processed instead.
6. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping charges.
For all other returns (e.g., size or preference), the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund amount.
